Taking a different approach to animal health marketing
As the farming community are difficult to engage, Yes suggested that instead of using traditional Direct Mail to promote Intervet's Mastiplan LC treatment, they would use an innovative 3D viewer. The 3D viewer gives farmers the opportunity to view a cow's udder infected with mastitis through a 3D glasses pack so that the problem of mastitis is brought into sharp focus, including the cost of the infection - £188 per cow.
The innovative pack is part of a series of bold creative campaigns for Intervet. The Mastiplan campaign is followed by a campaign to vets promoting Receptal - a fertility management programme for cows. The campaign features three innovative images created by Yes Agency to demonstrate the powers of Receptal to maintain pregnancies in cows.
Managing Director David Patrick comments, "We have really enjoyed working with Intervet to create bold, inspired communications for them. Farmers, like any other business owners are busy people. We wanted to help Intervet cut through and create impact."
